Refund policy
In the, hopefully unlikely, event that you are unhappy with your order, please let us know immediately and, at minimum, within 3 days of receiving your order. Buyer pays return postage and the item should be returned in its original packaging (where possible). A refund of the order value will be issued on receipt of the returned item.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds for customised/bespoke items. This includes our Hoodies and Vests, as these items are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. Please ensure you check the size guide provided before your order.
In the, again hopefully unlikely, event of damage to your order, please let us know immediately and, at minimum, within 3 days of receiving your order. We require that you either return the damaged item to us or send evidence of the damage in the form of photographs before we can issue a refund or send a replacement.
If your item does not arrive and you have not selected Tracked shipping, we are afraid we are unable to provide any information on it's whereabouts. Occasionally orders are returned to us if the address provided was incorrect, incomplete or if a delivery note was left and the item was not called for by the recipient. In this case, we will contact you and you can decide if you would like to pay for us to re-send it.
An item shall be deemed as lost if Royal Mail has not delivered it at the place to which it is addressed by the end of the tenth working day at which point we will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed.
