Returns and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days from delivery (excluding Outlet items).
All items must be returned in the same condition in which they are received. If you wish to return an item you will need to pay the return postage. We advise that items are sent via a tracked service. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Please include your contact details and your order number with your returned item. A refund of the order value will be issued on receipt of the returned item.
Unless they arrive damaged or defective. we are afraid we cannot accept returns for Outlet items, custom or personalised orders.
We are afraid we are unable to accept international returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
If you wish to exchange an item, please first email us at email@example.com so we can check an alternative is available.

We require that you either return the damaged item to us or send evidence of the damage in the form of photographs before we can issue a refund or send a replacement.
